Our business delivery workshops cover the following topics:
- MS1 Developing your organisation's strategy
The main outcome of this session is to provide an understanding of the requirements for an effective strategy and to outline a framework and methodology which can be applied by you. For Clearview customers, this will also be linked to the Clearview software and how it can support you in delivering your strategy.
- MS2 Project management
The main outcome of the training is to provide an understanding of project management principles and outline a project management framework and toolkit which can be applied by you. For Clearview customers, this will also be linked to the Clearview software and how it can support you in the project management process.
- MS3 Managing risk
The main outcome of the training is to provide an understanding of risk management principles and outline a risk management framework and toolkit which can be applied by you. For Clearview customers, this will also be linked to the Clearview software and how it can support you in the risk management process.
- MS4 Performance management
The main outcome of the training is to provide an understanding of performance management principles and outline a performance management framework and toolkit which can be applied by you. For Clearview customers, this will also be linked to the Clearview software and how it can support you in the performance management process.
- MS5 Balanced scorecard
The main outcome of the training is to provide attendees with an overall understanding of the balanced scorecard and how it can be used to align business activities with the vision and strategy of an organisation. It will also help attendees understand how to develop more meaningful performance measures, how to build and implement a balanced scorecard, and ultimately the key success factors and common pitfalls in its development and implementation.
