Available as a standalone module or as part of the strategy and performance suite, the Clearview risk module collates and displays all the strategic risk management information cascaded from the strategy module and combines these risks with operational risks inherent in the activities of the organisation.
The risk module enables organisations to ensure that highly effective risk management is an integral component of their overall business plan. The system has been designed in conjunction with Clearview risk management partner 'Hargreaves Risk Services'.
In a nutshell, the risk module enables you to:
- Populate a comprehensive risk database containing both strategic and operational risks;
- Automate the production of risk matrices, analysing raw, current and residual risk;
- Allocate risks and risk controls by organisation, department and manager;
- Generate comprehensive risk mapping and reports for each manager, department and the organisation as a whole;
- Analyse and report on risks in a number of ways including the sources of risks, the causes of risks, the types of risk, and the levels of risks;
- Clarify, streamline and embed risk management and monitoring;
- Evaluate risk exposure for the organisation in financial terms;
- Provide information to management to mitigate risk and plan for business continuity;
- Monitor and manage risk controls and, via our project module, manage the actions required to ensure the identified risk controls are in place;
- Link all corporate risks to a specific corporate goal, controlling and mitigating risks so that they do not prejudice the delivery of the organisation’s corporate objectives; and
- Monitor key risk performance indicators using the risk scorecard.
