Clearview consists of a highly skilled and enthusiastic team who are dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and best in class solutions for its customers. Staff are based at Clearview’s head office, which is located in the village of Hallow just outside Worcester.
Mark Hobart - Managing Director
Mark has over 25 years experience in the software development business, the last 5 years in social housing. He has been Managing Director at Clearview since July 2008. In this short time he has overseen the development and introduction to the market of Clearview’s next generation of web enabled software products and is driving continued investment in Clearview’s products and services for the benefit of its customers.
Mark has an open door policy and actively seeks feedback from prospects, customers, staff and partners to help build a long-term sustainable product proposition for the sector.

Nicky Hawkins - Customer Services Director
Nicky is responsible for the delivery of customer service to Clearview’s customers. She has extensive knowledge of social housing with particular emphasis on strategic business planning and housing association ICT systems.
Nicky joined Clearview in 2007 having worked in private and public sector IT for 20 years. She was the first IT Manager post-stock transfer for Evesham and Pershore Housing Association, prior to taking up her post as Communications Director with the executive team at Rooftop Housing Group in 2002. Her last act at Rooftop was to oversee the successful implementation of Clearview, prior to Rooftop Housing Group achieving three stars and excellent audit commission inspection result.

Julie-Anne Jones - Consultancy Team Leader
As part of the consultancy team Julie-Anne is responsible for delivering consultancy and training across the suite of Clearview products.
Having worked in the housing environment for 7 years, Julie-Anne has experience in developing and delivering RSL performance. She has helped over 20 organisations through their strategic business planning process, ensuring that SMART business plans are developed and cascaded throughout organisations.

David Miles - Business Development Executive
David is responsible for developing strong relationships between Clearview and new clients. He is keen to understand the nature of some of their pressing challenges around business planning and performance management and then work with them to discover to what extent Clearview will help them to achieve their objectives.
David has been with Clearview since its formative days and has a strong understanding of the strategic, operational and regulatory demands faced by social housing providers.

David Madden - Implementation Team Leader
David is responsible for the implementation team which oversees all implementations of Clearview software and customer support. He has been with Clearview since early 2008 and has been involved in many aspects of the company in that time drawing on his previous experience in software maintenance, web development and database design.

Phil Duddridge - Development Team Leader
Phil is responsible for the team developing Clearview's next generation of web enabled software products.
He has been a key member of the development team since joining Clearview in 2007 and has over 12 years experience of developing windows and web based solutions using Microsoft technologies.
